Payment Terms

- Preferred payment methods include internet bank transfers or cash, paid directly to the Practitioner.
Lateness Policy
- If a client arrives late for an appointment, the treatment will still end at the scheduled time to ensure fairness to subsequent clients.
- If the Practitioner is late, additional time will be added to the session or to a future appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Treatments cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price.
- Treatments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who appears intoxicated.
- The Practitioner reserves the right to cancel appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice in cases where:
- The treatment room or environment is deemed hazardous.
- The Practitioner is unwell.
